RobertSAMUELW. H. (Sammy) Di, Paul, Mark and family would like to thank you for attending Sammy's funeral, for cards, messages and flowers sent, for donations given for The Oncology Department. A special thank you to Mr Wheatley and staff of E.N.T., to Dr Jenkins and all the staff at The Oncology Department and Ward 8B Gloucester Royal Hospital, also Rev Frances Quint for her funeral service and comforting words. Also to the bearers for their support and to Matson Rugby Club for the beautiful refreshments put on. The funeral was carried out by John Hall Funeral Directors, Churcham, Gloucester GL2 8AS.
